Any recommendations? I have a nasty wrist injury and some back issues that need to be seen to, preferably by someone with knowledge of climbing injuries. I know of Rise in Bristol but that's a little far for me
Not a climbing specific physio but I would definitely recommend Jon Baldwin who has sessions at Nuffield ( Cardiff Bay and Hensol)
Good for complex multifactorial issues.
