Hi folks,

Does anyone here have a pair of the Salewa Alp trainer 2 mid boots?

Was just looking for general feedback and how Salewa sizing comes up, small or big??

Hi, I've got Mountain trainer mids and a few other pairs of Salewa. I've always found them true to size. I'm a 47 and buy 47!

I'v got the shoe version, I'd say they are true to size length wise.

BUT: they're a relatively narrow last, and there isn't any "extra" around the toe box like there is on some hiking boots.

Agree with the others that Salewa sizing is true. And that they're not particularly roomy at the toe end (they changed some of their lasts a few years ago and frustratingly the new ones aren't compatible with my foot shape!)

Not trying to open a can of worms but I've got relatively wide feet at the front and I find Salewa nice and roomy!

Definitely worth heading to a good shop and trying loads!
