I might be having a moment here but are not the BD turbo and BD express 2 different screws rather than BD turbo express? Apologies if I'm wrong there. I have a friend after a couple of screws and want to clarify before I send him the link.

Turbo refers to the basic and longstanding Black Diamond screw design. The Express refers to the addition of the fold out handle, hence when Black Diamond launched the original model it was marketed and referred to as the "Turbo Express" as per https://www.ukclimbing.com/gear/snow+ice/protection/black_diamond_turbo_exp...
So that's always been what I've known them as, but Black Diamond these days seem to just refer to it as their Express screw.
