I’ve used edelweiss indoor ropes for a few years now, I’ve had good experiences. I occasionally take it outdoors for low crags. The beefiness of the ropes is reassuring and I find they handle fine in my belay device
They'll all be fine, though can't see the point in going for something as thick as 10.5mm, that's going to be overly heavy & difficult to pull through your belay device. No need to go for that thick a rope for yourself.
FWIW Although I'm sure they make some good ropes that handle nicely, my first outdoor rope was a 60m Edelweiss that handled like absolute sh!t so I wouldn't touch them with barge pole now.
