Had a look around online and copies don't seem to be readily available, so if anyone happened to have one sitting around and was willing to sell it (or was open to a medium length loan!), I'd be happy to buy it. 

Also open to suggestions of any similar books.

In case you weren’t aware you can get a kindle version from Amazon that will work with the kindle app on your phone (or a kindle if you have one).

I was looking for a copy a year or so ago. At the time it was still available as a physical book for north of £100 on Amazon. Looks to be sold out now though.

Someone on here contacted me with a copy to sell but (understandably) wanted more than I wanted to pay.

I even reached out to Mark Synnott but he replied saying all he has left is his own personal copy.

I made do with the Kindle version in the end.

 

Good to know, figured that might be the case, but was hoping otherwise!
