Thinking of sending my Solution Comps back to an official registered Sportiva resole shop.

It costs more but I'm assuming that they come back with a proper Sportiva sole on like in the pic below?

Is a yellow sticker important?

yes. they use genuine La Sportiva parts, (same rubber and thickness etc), they have been trained how to resole the boots properly (eg keep the downturn on your solution, or removing the rubber properly without destroying the tensioning system on the shoe) and have the correct tools to do that.
