Hi, I have an exceptional down bag by an American company called

“Mountaineer products international”

I’m looking for some information on the company or the bag.

I previously emailed “feathered friends” in the US and “western mountaineering” but neither could offer me any help so here I am.

I had a look at Manti Utah and emailed a gear shop in the town to see if an old timer might have something.

So there's a name attached to the brand somewhere in this university archive...

This link goes to an obituary for a John H. Morgan who liked the outdoors, and lived in Utah. He was Morgan III. Perhaps a parent owned a gear company? The archives mentioned above are in Utah, and connect the name to the company name. Maybe you can dig further in that direction?
