I had rotator cuff surgery in August and can't go climbing for a while so I'm on the hunt for things I can do in the meantime that might help me climb better when that's possible.  Does anyone have any ideas around flexibility / leg strength / balance etc. that can be practised without leaving the ground?  Or skills stuff like route-reading?  Any ideas for useful videos to watch / books to read etc?  Any other bright ideas?

Shoulder rehab tips are welcome too but I'm mainly asking for things I can do alongside that.

Any ideas about flexibility? That’s easy. Yes it’s good and useful, there are tons of basic stretches which you probably already know and lots online that will be new and you can experiment with. Even just a small amount, say ten minutes, every day will soon begin to make a difference. You can start today and worry about “the best you tube channel to watch for stretching” or other such nonsense later on.
