Price: £210.00
Hey,
I have a bunch of items for sale. Discounts offered if purchasing more than one item. Photos available on request. All prices include P&P.
A. 1 x Large hard flight case (similar to a Peli case). Used but good condition. £80.00
It has two points for adding a lock, a handle, four locking clasps, and foam. It is ruggedly built. I don’t use it anymore, so it’s just taking up space.
Max. external dimensions:
42cm (W) x 55cm (L) x 21cm (H)
Internal dimensions:
35cm (W) x 50cm (L) x 13cm (H) - main compartment
“ x “ x 5.5cm (H) - lid
One layer of acoustic foam in the lid
Three layers of foam in main compartment (two of which are pick and pluck). One layer has been partially plucked to fit a 17-inch laptop. I will supply some of the foam that I removed.
Unknown brand, but made in Italy.
B. 2 x Medium hard flight case (ditto). Unused but shows minor signs of some scratches from storage. £60
It is well built and comes with brand-new foam. There is a handle and two points for locking the case and it secures shut with two latches. Inside there are three layers of foam in the main compartment and two layers in the lid, one of which is acoustic foam.
Maximum external dimensions:
19cm (H) x 36.5cm (W) x 40cm (L)
Internal dimensions:
33 (W) x 35 (L) x 10cm (H) — main compartment
“ x “ x 6.5cm (H) - lid
16.5cm height when case is closed
Spider Case SCF-333517.
C. Hoya 77mm Pro1 Digital MC PL-C Circular Polarising Filter £15. I believe it is still perfectly fine for taking photographs or for use as a starter polarising lens. The rotating ring seems to work fine. There are some minor scratches and I guess some dust on the lens, but it should not affect the optical quality. The case is not in good condition. I originally purchased it from Amazon.
D. Random travel guides/books. £15. Various states of condition, some heavily used... Includes the following:
- Lonely Planet Central Asia 2004
- Lonely Planet Mongolia 2008
- Lonely Planet Trans-Siberian Railway 2009
- Bradt Guides Kyrgyzstan 2008
- Lonely Planet Russia 2009
- The Adventurer's Handbook From Surviving an Anaconda Attack by Mick Conefrey
- On the Trail of Genghis Khan by Tim Cope
- Odyssey Guides' (2018) Kazakhstan
E. 5 x Rock climbing and Mountaineering Alpine Guidebooks £40. They are in varying states of condition. The SE Wales book is the most heavily used; this and the Wadi Rum and Scottish Mountaineering Club one could have some tick marks or whatever in them. Anyway, they are all still very much readable! The Baffin Island and Alpine Journal are in the best condition compared to the other three.
- Gower & S.E. Wales (early 2000s?)
- Baffin Island by Mark Synnott
- Scottish Winter Climbs (2008?)
- Wadi Rum by Cicerone (2010s)
- The Alpine Journal 2012
