Scottish professional climber Robbie Phillips is hitting the road this November/December with a series of lectures sharing life lessons learned from 20-years of climbing around the world, as well as his brand new FEATURE-LENGTH film, "St Kilda | In the fingerprints of History"
Lecture: Bad Day at the Office A funny and insightful journey in which Robbie retells 4 BAD DAYS in his life when things have got a bit wild! From some of his formative moments in British Trad climbing to some of his bigger adventures in remote destinations around the world - these are the hard-earned lessons on how to stay safe, even if the road to get there was a little rocky at times. Also sharing some of his most recent adventures, including "The Great Arch" on Pabbay and never-before-seen footage of this incredible climb!
Film: St Kilda | In the fingerprints of History Robbie and his climbing partner Will Birkett sail to the remote islands of St Kilda in search of a modern-day first ascenting adventure, and an ancient climb lost to the annals of history! Inspired by a book written in the 1600's, they search for a sea stack once climbed by the St Kildans. The last known ascent was over 130 years ago, and finding and climbing this sea stack could reveal how adept these early climbers truly were!
