It’s with great sadness to write that Geoff Mann has sadly passed away .

A kind and sincere person , with so much compassion and enthusiasm for life . A true Lancashire legend . It is a very sad day indeed .

Including myself , Geoff inspired so many people in everything he did .

Our thoughts are with Geoffs family and friends he will be sorely missed by us all.

Had many good times with Geoff, so sorry to hear this.

I think I only ever spoke once to Geoff, years ago in Wilton on a crag clean up talking about things on the Prow. He seemed as you say a really nice bloke.

Always great company. An Oracle of knowledge for beta,moves ,placements on every inch of the quarries.His witnessed history of FAs was always worth listening to too.youll be deeply missed.x

Might be getting confused with someone else here, but was he from Burnley ?

Not sure where he was actually born but he lived in Bolton most of his life AFAIK.
