My reactor stove out of the blue has just stopped firing up. It's not overheated. Used as per instructions always.

Anyone know who to contact for repairs UK?

And have they shot up in price? I thought I paid about 100 maybe 2 y ago. Now 250 quid.

European matters are handled their Ireland office. I have had a replacement handle sent from them recently.

But try https://cascadedesigns.com/pages/international-distributors and look for UK. They apparently do have an UK collection centre, even though the sole European repair centre is in Ireland.

Crazy, isn't it. I paid I think like half of the current 1.7 litre price just a few years ago before COVID...

They also seem to be mostly out of stock – MSR did a voluntary recall of the Reactor handles last year, and they are probably still tooling up for new ones. Apparently they had a few reports of the handles falling off when pouring a brew, so did that as a precaution (US company, sue‑happy North Americans, et cetera). But hey, they sent me a grabby standalone handle instead

Weird, must be MSR specific because I checked my sort of similar stove: Primus Lite+ and if anything it's slightly cheaper over the last 2 years
