Any recommendations? Something lightweight, reasonably hard-wearing...solo/2 person use. Non stick ideally too. I had a couple years back but the non stick never lasted long. For omelette/bacon...that kind of thing.

Thanks!

I've had a Primus non-stick pan with a folding handle for years and highly recommend it - if you can still get them.

My son loves his Primus CampFire frying pan, which has accompanied him on many camping and climbing trips, and I think gets used in his kitchen as well. It's not got a non-stick coating, but I think has lasted all the better for that. It's also pretty heavy, but that's a price he's willing to pay for his fried breakfast.

The Jetboil skillet is excellent, not the lightest at 300g (or the cheapest at £30-40), but the non-stick coating is excellent, you can just wipe it out with a bit of bread or grass and it's spotless.

Cake (baking) trays, cheap and available in most supermarkets, in many sizes

For non stick I'd go cast iron.

Not the lightest, but think of it as weight training...

A thick bottomed stainless steel frying pan works great for me. Mine is MSR Alpine Frying Pan but I think Primus do something similar, cooks evenly and not hard to clean. Costs around £30 to £40
