I am thinking of starting a fund to put up some autobelays at Windgather. Who’s with me?

Also if anyone has any other suggestions on how to make the crag more accessible I’d love to hear them!

Infra-red detector to automatically open the gates, so tedious to have to do it manually.

Or maybe one of those airport travellators to ease the approach walk. 

I wouldn't bother; there's a planning application in with the local authority to demolish Windgather to make way for a new Asda.

Permission should be granted next week.

The Travelators between T1 and T3 at Manchester Airport never work so maybe they could be relocated from the roadside to the Crag ?

Can you move them nearer to my house please? 

Actually, thats pretty selfish. Can we put them on wheels instead, and move them round the country every few weeks so everyone can have a go without having a long drive? That would make space for the new Asda as well. Result.
