Come along to the next round of BMC Area Meetings, taking place over the next few weeks across the country. The program gets underway next Wednesday in the Midlands, featuring a slideshow by Steve McClure. Other events include talks on the early days of climbing; cleaning fixed gear off the OMoH and the evolution of ultra lightweight gear. Topics on the agenda range from the acquisition of Skiddaw; youth representation in the BMC; local access issues and volunteering opportunities. There's something for everyone. See below and the UKC Events Diary for dates, and more details at: https://www.thebmc.co.uk/en/articles/organisation-area-meetings
