As per Ski boots post - am selling my ski kit.
I got these on the basis of Andy Kirkpatrick's recommendation - https://www.andy-kirkpatrick.com/blog/view/approachskis as someone who identified as a 'non-skier' - they have been grand for pottering about the scottish mountains, actually enabling me to learn to turn and keeping me (mostly) upright. Once I could stay on my feet a little better, these have taken me down various off piste delights and are considerably lighter, but no less capable in most conditions than bigger heavier skis.
For those in the know, they measure up at 130cm, have a 130-90-110 profile and a 9.5m turn radius and weigh about 1200g per ski (with bindings and safety leash). They have some signs of use (!) given they have been bounced around Scotland for the past 5 years, but nothing that is through to the core to my eyes.
The bindings are probably of more interest to keen ski folks - I don't have the exact model, but about 5 year old super lightweight dynafit mountain binding with a 2 level heel raiser and a variable DIN setting.
Skins - partially shaped Montana climbing skins. Stored on blue sheets, plenty of 'stick' left on them and lots of life.
Looking for offers... (and if anyone can identify the bindings, that would be a bonus!)
