The o-ring seal on our jetboil burner has failed, with gas hissing out of the joint when screwed fully on to the canister. Yes, the burner is fully turned off, and it is definitely coming out of the joint. Has anyone encountered this, and tried to fix it? I don't want to try and replace it with a random o-ring that's out of spec, I don't want to join the Challenger astronauts. Does anyone know of any trustworthy route to getting it repaired? This must happen from time to time with old stoves.
(Please don't say 'phone Jetboil', my wife is at the end of her tether after spending hours today trying and failing to speak to a person-who-actually-has-a-clue in relation to the worrying rattle coming from the brand new jetboil burner we bought to replace the failed on)
