My son has spent most of the day working on the catering at a CrossFit competion . He has just tried to explain to me what it entails . I am non the wiser.

They did kill someone in the States when they had the bright idea of making swimming the last leg of a triathlon.

I've occasionally thought triathlons ought to be run as a tombola, with no-one knowing what order things are done in until just before the starting gun. Mix up the stale formula a little

Turns out it wasn't a good idea to make tired people do a long swim in the sea.

This is surf lifesaving oceanman/woman (aka surf ironman/woman)

The order of the events is drawn in the day.

Surf ski, board and swim. With run transitions. Why if the 6 orders possible.

My favourite is ski swim board..
