Caveat that I didn't go up there myself, but a mate was playing on it and managed to get a sketchy tricam to stay put as long as nobody sneezed nearby on/around the left arete. But I think the conventional beta is don't fall off.
I've got some gear in before at the small flake at 1/4 or 1/3 height . Micro cams and a small nut. I thought it might well hold but traversed off to finish up party animal regardless
I seconded it some years back so memory is hazy but iirc there was one cam at around two thirds height, and the climbing below it was slightly harder than above - so really it was mostly psychological I guess
