We've had another user report this within the last few days. I've got it on my todo list to look into what's going on here, so I'll add your account to investigate also.

Hi. Just replying to say I encounter the same issue; except it's been at least 10 weeks. Re downloading the app or renisntalling a crag doesn't help either
There was 2 threads going for this issue, so we've merged them.
Sorry, I thought we may have solved this a few weeks ago in another thread, although it appears this was a bit of a red herring issue I've addressed.
Can anyone with this issue just send an email from within the app. This will attach a log file that we can use to diagnose the issue. You can do this under Settings -> Help and Support -> Email Us.
If you put the body of the email as "For Martin" that will just help me identify it's a follow up from the thread.
I think we've managed to find the source of this issue now.
I've prepared a build of the app that should fix the issue and I will hopefully have that going out as an update tonight. This will be v2.2.13. Any feedback on the issue appreciated.
