I recently received a PCN letter from the firm managing parking at The Foundry. £60 charge if paid promptly.  I had been a legitimate visitor to the wall at the time and had forgotten to register my car on the tablet thing. After reading the only previous post about this that I could see on this forum, albeit several years old now, I wasn't holding out much hope of a successful appeal. Anyway after a helpful chap at the Foundry emailed me my check-in record I'm pleased to say the appeal was successful at first stage and the PCN has been cancelled.

Just wanted to share this if anyone else in same position.

In reply to bone:

I was going to say speak to the reception and they may be able to overturn it

I used to work at the foundry and parking was a nightmare with the neighbouring flats taking up our spaces. The parking company is there to maximise our chances (as users for the climbing wall) of parking, especially important now that the road is P&D, although nothing will help with the fact it's too small at peak times.

We all hate these parking charge notices, but it's pretty much the only way to prevent 'neighbours' and from taking the piss and using your land so you (and your customers) can't access it.
