Hi,

Heading to Bowles tomorrow, hoping to top rope some routes. I've only been a couple of times and only top roped there once. Made the mistake of setting up by the cairn and couldn't get going easily.

What's a good place to set up with an easy warm up and then something a bit more challenging?

I can climb up to French 6a+ and Font 6b on plastic.

I'm well up on sandstone ethics and toprope setup btw.

Thanks!

I always like ES Cadet Nose, and the slab to the right

Larchant wall -- it actually has holds on it and is super fun! The easier climbs are on either end and the harder climbs (up to French 6b) are in the middle and are more gym-style than most of the sandstone.
