For anyone wanting to save themselves a click, the link goes to a video of a guy drilling a bolt to hang a portaledge to fish off a sea cliff.

He's got that accent that I can never discern between Kiwi or South African.  Its a very good bet that the bolting isn't on UK rock.

I sold some via ferrata steps to a guy in Australia to make his sea angling easier, he was o.k with abbing in but jumaring back out with his gear was a hassle.

Those also aren’t fish which inhabit British waters.

I'm not sure whether you're explaining that the video kept you interested or just that you have a high tolerance for extreme boredom!

My tolerance for boredom at any level is extremely low (I prefer fly fishing where you’re constantly in action), and I skipped through the clip at high speed looking to see if he actually caught anything

It's an Australian accent.

There are granite cliffs like that around Albany, Western Australia.
