Looking for some suggestions.

I have some outdoor kit and running tops which have seams with no stitching. Some of them are lightweight running vests others are on pockets on fleece jackets.

The seams are giving up after years of faithful service. I have been able to rejuvenate them in the past by using a hot iron but that seems to no longer provide and solution.

Is there a product I can apply that will stick the fabric or that is heat activated? They all look like they originally had some form of adhesive on them.

Any ideas or solutions?

Sewing machine or hand sewing, plus seam sealer if edges could fray.

You can use this sort of thing to iron it back together.

I sent a glued seam jacket off to Patagonia for repair. It came back with the failed seam re-glued and with a nice neat line of stitching.
