Hi all,

Over the last few years I’ve found it really difficult to get out climbing, both indoors and outdoors, mainly due to the arrival of my two lovely kids. I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with how little personal time I’ve had to enjoy the one thing I love most — climbing! To make matters trickier, my two best climbing partners have emigrated during this time.

Now that the kids are finally settling down and life is getting back to a new normal, I’m really keen to find some climbing partners to join me on new adventures. I’m happy to climb in groups or 1:1, and ideally I’d like to find people who are either flexible with availability or can plan ahead for future trips.

About me & my climbing background:

At my peak, I was sport climbing 7a/b on top rope and comfortably leading 6b.

I’m definitely rusty now, so I don’t expect to be at that level straight away!

I’ve never done trad but would be open to learning with someone experienced.

I still have all my gear — multiple 70m ropes, quickdraws, etc.

So, if anyone is up for helping me get back on the rock, or if you’re new and looking for a partner to progress with, please give me a shout.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

You haven't mentioned something important: Where you are based and also you might want to write where you're aspirations lie (which may be the same)
