What's a decent time for 5,000m on the indoor concept 2 rower ? The best I've done is 20m 19secs but only really have a go once a month or so after some weights and a go on the bike down the gym.
For anyone who trains regularly on the rower, any ideas on the quickest way to improve ?
I'm thinking of using it more regularly as my dodgy knee is preventing me from running at the moment. cheers

You need this:

The eponymous Pete works in my office and competes very successfully in Concept2 indoor rowing competitions.
