East Face climbing wall - Lowestoft

I'm visiting Lowestoft for a few days soon.  Will probably try out the recently refurbished (and rebadged?) climbing wall - East Face.  Anyone know if it's any good?  Is it really open from 6 in the morning (as the FB page seems to suggest)?
