Given that most of us probably noticed how our grip strength diminished over the first lockdown. I imagine some of you out there have been rather innovative with ways to prevent that strength being lost again.
My question to you all is, what have you found to work best for you with regards to cost/benefit.
Personally, I've done the standard of purchasing a pull up bar (£15) and Beastmaker 1000 (£80). However I've seen concepts of some attaching weights to intricate pinch worthy designs which seem to do just the trick.
