So I was looking at insurance prices for setting up a climbing wall and managed to get a quote that looks rather good but doesn't seem quite right

It includes:
Employers Liability
Public and product Liability
Professional Indemnity
Equipment cover

And it gave the total of £701.31 a year

Is this too good to be true?
