So i was wandering about the relative pros and cons of muscle ups v pull ups i can do 3 muscle ups in a row i can also do about 20 pull ups in a row.So what am i getting from 1 and not from the other and which is better.
In reply to kev74: Muscle ups will be useful training for mantelshelf problems. Pullups are okay for general fitness and as a basis for starting more intense exercises such as lock-offs and one arm pullups. If you are using full grip for your pullups try doing finger tip pullups on small holds. Another good exercise is to do pullups on sloping holds. To prevent getting injuries, do some pressups and military presses and to avoid rotator cuff injuries see: http://www.ukclimbing.com/articles/page.php?id=119
