Recently went outdoors and had problems on a few moves which involved pulling up and across on a high heel. It’s not an issue when I need to pull straight up. Does anyone have any tips on how to train for this or what might be holding me back? I don’t think it is an upper body strength or core issue as pull-ups, finger strength etc are all roughly 150% BW and I can hold a front lever. I am working to improve flexibility but again felt like I was missing something else!
Any thoughts appreciated.
