Hiya

I'm going to Fort Williams from Thursday to Sunday. Originally I was planning on doing some winter climbing but it looks like the weather isn't on our side for that anymore... So I'm looking for recommendations for some alternative fun. Any scramble route you'd recommend that could work in probably slushy snow ?? Or any wild trekking route ? Basically after a bit of an adventure/physical challenge. Don't mind getting wet. Don't mind doing 30k.

Also potentially looking at Bidean Nam Bian.

Any thoughts ?

Thanks in advance

Something like the Lochaber Traverse? That's a brilliant hillwalking expedition with a winter mountaineering element. How fun it would be is forecast-dependent (I've not checked that) and if proper winter climbing isn't on the cards then don't add Ledge Route as per this article:

There's any number of brilliant shorter walks on hills in the area of course. Our Route Cards are a good place to start: https://www.ukhillwalking.com/logbook/r/find.php

If weather is too poor for high stuff then a couple of days lower-level backpacking up Glen Nevis to Loch Treig and back via Kinlochleven and the West Highland Way would be time well spent.
