Lowe Alpine is here to MOVE YOUR WORLD

In 2019 Lowe Alpine are taking their pack selection to the next level with the release of three new ranges designed to improve life on the move.

From day hikes to multi-day treks, each backpack in the range has been engineered by a team of design specialists who are leading the way in innovative carry system design.

"Lowe Alpine was born from a drive to create backpacks that help people push their limits, move freely and go further," explains Lowe Alpine's Head of Marketing, Rachel Brine. "The very first backpack we ever designed revolutionized the outdoor industry, forming the blueprint for backpack design worldwide. We're proud to continue that legacy as pioneers of backpack design"

The emphasis on movement-focused design is evident in the new all-season, all-mountain Altus hiking pack. The Altus features the Air Contour+™ carry system, designed to provide users with unparalleled levels of support and comfort when scrambling up rock-strewn ridges or steep summit slopes.

Two other pack ranges revamped this Spring/Summer are the iconic Cerro Torre and the Manaslu, both multi-day trekking and travel load carriers.

Now with 35 years of development behind it, Lowe Alpine's premium trekking pack, the Cerro Torre is the most advanced carry system ever designed. A classic load carrier reimagined for modern trekking, the Cerro Torre allows you to carry heavy loads with ease when moving through remote terrain. It will comfortably support loads up to 25kg thanks to the innovative VT Flex™ carry system.

Designed to be a versatile trekking pack for backpacking, travel and multi-day trekking, the Manaslu is a comfortable all-rounder that can comfortably carry loads of up to 20kg.

"At Lowe Alpine every decision we make in the design and development process is to help you move more freely, and push at your own limits. That's why we've launched the season with our MOVE YOUR WORLD campaign," explains Rachel. "We poured over every element of the design process so that the moment you shoulder your perfectly fitted, comfortable backpack, you're confident it will support you through your life on the move. This is what we've coined as The Carry Moment™: the definitive point in your journey when you zip, clip and adjust your pack to start your journey- wherever it may lead."

"Our message is simple," concludes Rachel. "Lowe Alpine is here to MOVE YOUR WORLD."

The full range of packs is available online and in selected retailers.

To celebrate the launch of their MOVE YOUR WORLD campaign, Lowe Alpine are teaming up with UKClimbing and UKHillwalking to give you a chance to win the new all-season, all-mountain Altus pack, in the size and colour of your choice!

However, this is a competition with a difference because there's no right or wrong answer-simply tell us how and where you plan to move your world in 2019. Whether you're hiking through the Himalayas or strolling through Stanage Edge, just tell us how you plan to move your world to be in with a chance to win!

This competition has now closed.
