The Positron Jacket is a new addition to Rab’s Ascent collection. Designed for mountain and expedition use up to 6,000m, it is the perfect winter belay jacket.

The Positron combines a box-wall construction on the torso, back and hood, and a stitch-through construction on the sides and arms to increase mobility and comfort. The fit is regular to accommodate for multiple layers beneath, and key technical features include a large helmet compatible hood, YKK VISLON Aquaguard waterproof zips throughout and a stuff sack. 800 fill power European Hydrophobic goose down coupled with a Pertex Endurance shell offers the ultimate warmth and protection from valley to summit.

Is there anywhere that compares the quality of hyrdophobic down? We know all down is not equal so I'm assuming it's the same deal with hydrophobic down?
