Celebrating mountain culture in all its forms, Jöttnar, the presenting partner of Fort William Mountain Festival, is offering the chance to win a package for two people including festival tickets, bed and breakfast accommodation and a day's climbing with Abacus Mountain Guides, founded by local BMG Guide Mike Pescod.
Mike, a member of Jöttnar's Pro Team and also the chair of the Highland Mountain Culture Association, organisers of the festival, said: "The 2015 festival is looking set to be one of the best yet with a world class line up of films, lectures, workshops and many other events planned between Wednesday 18th and Sunday 22nd February.
"Martin Boysen, one of Britain's leading mountaineers whose humble beginnings on the sandstone outcrops of Sussex led inexorably to first ascents in the Himalaya, will join elite alpinist Ines Papert to lead this year's Climbing Night and the Best of Banff is back with some of the most inspiring, creative and exciting mountain films on the planet."
Tommy Kelly, Jöttnar co-founder, said: "The Fort William Mountain Festival has established itself as a unique event, celebrating all that is best about mountain culture and the diverse range of sports that are an integral part of life in the Highlands. It is an area for which I feel a great affinity and which provided a world-class testing ground for Jöttnar to develop its range of technical clothing.
"It is extremely satisfying to be able to support the festival as presenting partner and I look forward to seeing many familiar faces and hopefully some new ones in Fort William next February."
Advanced price tickets for the 2015 Fort William Mountain Festival are now on sale and the Festival Pass will be returning for 2015 - this gives you entry to the four main festival nights with a 20% discount.
