Nice looking shoes. My son insists on La Sportiva approach and climbing shoes; they just fit his feet. It's a pity they never seem to be available in sizes above 46 or 47. I have to scarper to another brand.
It's worth checking European sites rather than just UK. I know LaS don't import half sizes to the UK and imagine it might be the same with big sizes.

That's not necessarily the case - possibly they don't import everything in half-sizes, but a quick peek at my TX Guides reveals they are a 44.5, and I'm pretty sure they bring over the standard TX4s in halves too
I love LaS fell shoes for snug fit and wide toes. Sizing is small, so I need at least 1/2 size up, if not a full size.
Lyon (UK distributer) brings half sizes in pretty much every shoe La Sportiva makes to the UK, it's up to individual shops whether they stock the full range. A quick Google shows good stock of half sizes in a couple of different decent UK shops, V12 etc
