22.5 hrs per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

You must be a good people person and an excellent communicator with a sense of humour and passion for delivering excellent customer service. All the while recognising the importance of teaching and practising safe climbing at all times.

You will have coaching experience at regional level or hold Foundation or Development Coaching Awards, as a principle part of this role will be coaching the youth squads here at EICA.
