Senior Climbing Instructor
Part time 15 - 20 hours per week
Salary £10-20 per hour (dependent on experience )

The Edge Indoor Climbing Centre are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic climber to help develop this new business and to help others get a taste for the sport.
You must be a good people person and a great communicator with a sense of humour and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. All the while recognising the importance of teaching and practising safe climbing at all times.
You will be responsible for developing coaching program and opening up the world of climbing to a wider audience, showing how fun, accessible and varied the world of climbing is and providing clear progression pathways for those wanting to develop their skills and keep coming back for more.
Your duties will involve instructing climbing sessions and working as part of our team to help run the day to day aspects of the centre and develop current and future operations. It's a great opportunity for the right candidate to expand their CV by joining our growing company and getting involved with key decision making processes along the way.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and supervise climbing wall activities
- Manage & develop the climbing program
- Manage Health & Safety for the climbing facility
- Assist with promotion, marketing and social media for the facility
Essential Qualifications
- CWI or equivalent and First Aid Certification
- Instruction experience at other climbing walls
- Management experience desirable but not necessary
