RECEPTIONIST / INSTRUCTOR

A fast-paced, customer focused bouldering centre.

Main roles include :

• Instructing sessions for new & existing customers both adults and children
• Checking in members with correct waivers & supporting them with excellent customer service
• Completing housekeeping tasks and keeping a high standard of cleanliness throughout the centre
• Serving hot drinks & snacks
• Regular evening & weekend shifts

The successful candidate will need :

• Active climber with at least 2 years climbing experience, minimum V3
• Previous experience working within a climbing centre
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident using IT systems
• Desirable : NGB qualification, CWI or higher & First Aid qualification
