LCC opened VauxWall Climbing Centre in May 2014 and we have now extended to seven convenient Walls across London. Applicants should be experienced setters, passionate climbers, team players, creative thinkers, diligent and hard working. Our setting days are structured so there is always an LCC Regional Setting Team Leader managing the workday. Additional setters are made up of the LCC Regional Setting Team, Guest Setter's, In-house setters and trainee In-house setters. As the industry grows it is increasingly important to invest in the setters of the future, so all members of the Regional Setting Team are involved in mentoring and training others.
