Duty Manager - 90hrs p/m minimum
£10.50 per hour (training rate; £9.50)

Job summary;
The Duty Manager will lead the centre's day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility, staff, and customers' safety and security. The Duty Manager will support the Senior/Departmental Management in all daily procedures, including but not limited to; building security, cashing up, staff deployment and break allocation, centre cleanliness and staff administration. The fundamental aim is to maintain a safe operation and functional activity centre with a critical eye on staff welfare.

The Duty Manager must accommodate and be open-minded to the ever-changing business dynamic and at times contend with a fast-paced working environment. They must have a firm idea of problem-solving and deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies.

The Duty Manager must communicate and motivate on-shift staff to meet their full potential within the centre. They must have a can-do attitude and be a team player to promote a positive working environment.

Key responsibilities;
- Ensuring equipment checks are carried out daily
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including but not limited to; staff deployment, staff breaks, conflict management, crew assistance, cashing up, building security, centre cleanliness etc
- Manage, motivate and support the crew daily
- Flashpoint day-to-day facility managing
- Freedog day-to-day facility managing
- Promote procedures to staff to provide a consistent attitude to safety and customer service
- Deliver low-level discipline/appraisals and relay any relevant information to the Senior Management

- Must be able to work; weekdays, evenings, 06:30 starts and weekends on a rotational basis.
