Depot Climbing are looking for a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to work alongside, build and develop a new team in our upcoming flagship centre in Armley, Leeds! This is a really exciting opportunity to get involved with the U.K's leading indoor climbing provider, within what will be, one of the best bouldering facilities across the country.

The role reports directly the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the centre as well as aiding in the training and development of your team and venue, writing rotas, payroll, recruitment and ensuring general H&S and legal compliance.

We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to push themselves, progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management experience and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as have a good knowledge of the industry, Rock Gym Pro and the day to day running of climbing wall.
