We need a climbing instructor who will…

• Be responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our climbing customers

• Ensure there is clear and appropriate communication with parents and carers of all children on our courses

• Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable

• Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills

• Be available to work evenings and weekends

• Maintain records and update paperwork relating to coached sessions

• Be able to work as part of a team and the ability to keep calm and focused during your shift

• Ideally be qualified Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) or have relevant climbing experience, however a comprehensive and progressive inhouse training programme is available for aspirant coaches.
