Seymour Climbing center (West1) is looking to expand and build out our multi-skilled climbing team. We are looking for individuals that are team focused and want to work alongside a friendly and diverse community.

Located in Westminster, London. We are the only Roped Climbing center in Central London. Offering Routes up to 13m tall making us one of the taller walls Located around London.


Climbing Instructors (Part time and Contracted)

We are looking for passionate instructors to join our team. If you love climbing and want to work for a community focused centre with a laid back but passionate and professional team. Then join our us!

You will provide instruction in all aspects of Climbing. You will be responsible for teaching climbing and motivating customers in developing their climbing skills. And of course, inspiring others to have an energetic and passionate energy towards Climbing.

What we are looking for in our Instructors:

Essential:

• Sport Climbing Experience (Top Rope and/or Lead)
• Happy to work with children of all ages
• Passion for Climbing

Desirable Qualifications

• RCI or CWI qualifications

Desirable Skills:

• Coaching or Teaching Experience
• Relevant industry Experience

Salary: £14.50ph ( Increasing dependent on experience )

Climbing Customer Service Advisor (24 hours)

We need a climbing customer services advisor who is experienced in customer service, able to provide a professional service to all our customers. And who is keen on working with a diversive team and growing their climbing career. 

What we are looking for in our Front of House Team:

Essential:

• Have an enthusiastic can do attitude and friendly personality.
• Good Customer Service Experience.
• Enthusiastic about climbing.

Desirable:

• Keen to learn and progress within the climbing industry.
• Rope Climbing Experience (Top rope and/or Lead).
• Relevant Industry Experience.
• 1st Aid Training.

Salary: £11.95ph
