Clip ‘n Climb has established itself as the leading brand in fun climbing walls, which allows people to climb at any age above 2yrs old with any ability in a safe and controlled environment.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Manager to start with us on our exciting journey as we launch in December. You must thrive in a busy, fast paced and fun environment with exceptional team leadership. General Managers need to have a strong operational aptitude and the ability to prioritise in a busy customer facing role. You will need to be comfortable working at heights, full training will be provided and working weekends will be expected. Experience working in a leisure industry & Food & beverage experience would be an advantage. We’re offering an exciting career with real potential to develop your skills and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU DO
- Lead, monitor and manage a happy and high performing team - Recruitment, Training, Rota’ing, performance management, brand standard control and motivational leadership.
- New Business Development – implementation of the marketing plan including up-sells, outreach activities and lead generation
- Deliver an immersive and engaging worlds class hospitality experience.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance, health and safety.
