We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Outreach and Sales Executive to join the Substation team. If you have a flair for connecting with people, a love for fitness and climbing, and a drive for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to generate leads and promote our services.
• Sales: Conduct effective sales presentations and consultations to convert leads into customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
• Promotion: Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Education: Presenting to primary and secondary schools and maintaining relationships with stakeholders within educational facilities.
• Event Coordination: Organise and host events, workshops, and promotionto engage the local community and foster a sense of community within Substation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or outreach, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for fitness, climbing, and an active lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
