Hours required – Days and evenings.

Experience required – Must have CWI, CWDI preferred - Have Experience in working for a climbing wall essential.

Hourly rate – £11.81 per hour.

Hours – 20+ hours negotiable coaching hours also available. 

Ideal Candidate -

• Be responsible for health, safety, and wellbeing of our climbing customers.
• Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable.
• Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills.
• Be able to develop a team through training and observations.
• The successful candidate will provide training in all aspects of the climbing programme.
• To carry out development projects for the Climbing Wall.
• To ensure that all Climbing Wall equipment is stored correctly and maintained to the highest standard.
• To be responsible for implementing and maintaining climbing best practice, health and safety and customer service within the Climbing Wall.
