We’re excited to announce two brand new Regional Route Setting Manager positions here at Impact. As our offering expands, we’re looking for two passionate and knowledgeable route setters that can help us oversea our operations, one based in the south west/wales and the other in London (South east).

These positions will be a dynamic mix of on-site route setting as a chief, joining the other teams as a route setter, regular administrative time, ongoing developmental projects and delivering training to our other team members. The regional managers will also be expected to join Cailean & Ben in business & operation discussions, and will be a crucial part of this growing company.

SOUTH WEST (& WALES) REGIONAL ROUTE SETTING MANAGER

Role: Regional Route Setting Manager. 

Reporting to: The Directors (Cailean Harker and Ben Norman)

Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 annual salary. 

Hours: This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week.

​Place of Work: The role will be spread across the sites we run in the South West and South Wales region. This will include running the route setting as Chief Route Setter at Flashpoint Swindon (1.5 days per week) regular setting at both Flashpoint Bristol and Redpoint Bristol sites (2 days per week) and visits to Flashpoint Swansea (occasional). Administrative days can be done remotely.

LONDON REGIONAL ROUTE SETTING MANAGER

Role: Regional Route Setting Manager. 

Reporting to: The Directors (Cailean Harker and Ben Norman)

Pay: £38,000 - £45,000 pro-rata. 

Hours: This role is an average of 36 hours per week. 

Example Schedule: 

Week 1: 5 days 

Week 2: 4 days 

Week 3: 5 days

Week 4: 4 days

Place of Work: The role will be spread across the sites we run in London & the south east region of the UK. This will include running the route setting as Chief Route Setter at The Arch Walls; Acton, North, Surrey Quays and Building One, as well as  regular setting at Yonder. Administrative days can be done remotely.
