S-Cape Travel UK is part of a European network of local operators who design and operate their own self-guided walking and cycling holidays. We sell our trips to international partners who offer these to their passengers visiting the UK, which means we are primarily B2B, with a small B2C cycling business. Our most popular trips are the Coast to Coast, Hadrian's Wall Way and the West Highland Way.
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Holiday Reservations Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international operators, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the initial enquiry through to the completion of their booking. You will book all aspects of each trip, working closely with our accommodation and luggage transfer partners. Everything will be recorded in our customer database.
