Route Setting Manager (FTC) - CLOSED Jobs

The Castle Climbing Centre is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable leader to join us as Route Setting Manager (Mat Leave) responsible for maintaining the high standards of our routes and route setting practices. To achieve this, they will have direct responsibility for:  

  • managing, training and organising the route setting teams
  • ensure best use is made of our stock of holds and volumes  
  • ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained 
  • managing the route setting and holds budgets

This list is not exhaustive.

As a member of the Leadership Team they will ensure the Route Setting function works collaboratively, embracing our “One Team” culture and they will have an active role to play in the development and improvement of the wider business.
